The Opening Session for the 4th International Conference, held in the Grand Ballroom of the Bar Harbor Club on Monday, July 7, will feature presentations by prominent scholars and industry leaders in the field of advanced engineered wood composites. The sponsor for this event will receive:
· A unique showcase – there will be one sponsor for this event
· Acknowledgement during welcome speech

Downeast Lobster Bake Sponsor - $5,000
The Downeast Lobster Bake for the 4th International Conference will be held on the grounds of the Bar Harbor Club on Monday, July 7. This Lobster Bake is traditionally the signature event of the conference. The sponsor for this event will receive:
· A unique showcase – there will be one sponsor for this event
· Acknowledgement during welcome speech
· Premium exhibit space during the conference
· Acknowledgement of sponsorship in all conference press releases
· Two complimentary registrations to the conference
Opening Reception Sponsor - $3,000

The opening reception for the 4th International Conference will be held in the Bar Harbor Club on Sunday evening, July 6. The reception will feature a buffet dinner in a dining room overlooking Bar Harbor’s waterfront vista. Brief welcoming speeches from UMaine officials, AEWC Director and the reception sponsor will be followed by open networking. The sponsor for this event will receive:

· Opportunity for brief speech during the reception
· Premium exhibit space during the conference

Business Lunch Sponsor - $3,000
The Business Lunch of the 4th International Conference will be held on Monday,July 7. The sponsor for this event will receive:
· A unique showcase – there will be one sponsor for this event

Poster Session Sponsor - $3,000
The poster session of the 4th International Conference will be held on Monday, July 7 in the Bar Harbor Club, overlooking Frenchman’s Bay. The sponsor for this event will receive:

AEWC Laboratory Tour Sponsor - $1,000
Extended tours of the AEWC laboratories will be held on Thursday, July 10 for all conference attendees. This is an opportunity for your company to showcase its equipment and/or products in an industrial setting. The sponsors for this event will receive:
· Acknowledgement of sponsorship in all conference press releases
· Opportunity for exhibit space in the AEWC laboratories with placement in a laboratory appropriate for your company (Arrangements may be made for an extended exhibit; more than 1,000 visitors per year tour the AEWC laboratories.)
Coffee Break Sponsor - $500
The 4th International Conference will feature coffee breaks which will be served to allow participants to step out onto the grounds of the Bar Harbor Club or to remain inside – either choice will afford a magnificent vista of Frenchman’s Bay.
